Antwort auf Deine Frage/Ergänzung: Mit "Erarbeitung des Evaluierungskonzepts" für 'conceptualization of the evaluation' wäre auch das gerettet, der Prozess wäre wieder da. "Die behandelten Punkte umfassen die Erarbeitung des Evaluierungskonzepts, die Datensammlung, die Analyse, die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse in Empfehlungen ebenso wie den Evaluierungszusammenhang, der für sich gesehen alle Aspekte der eigentlichen Evaluierung fühlbar beeinflussen kann."

Zur Frage: Ich glaube, du könntest. Aber Dein Einwand hat mich veranlasst, eine Lösung noch enger am Ausgangstext vorzuschlagen (siehe oben).

Asker: Vielen Dank für deinen Beitrag! Deine Umformulierung klingt sehr logisch und schön. Ich bin mir aber nicht so ganz sicher, ob ich den Prozess (Konzeptualisierung) so einfach durch das Ergebnis ersetzen darf. Der Autor schreibt ja explizit "conceptualization". Was meinst du?
Explanation: Konzepterstellung für die Evaluierung. - Ich stimme Werner in seiner zweiten Fassung völlig zu zu, stelle nur eine andere Formulierung als Alternative vor. Man hatte zunächst nicht mal ein Konzept für die Evaluation, wurde sich bewußt, das es ohne nicht geht, und erstellte dieses Konzept in der Hoffnung, daß dann der Rest einfacher vor sich geht.
