Medical - Mathematics & Statistics / Statistik Klinische Studie | | English term or phrase: activity versus time profiles (will be plotted) | Sagt man da auch im Deutschen "Aktivitäts-Zeit-Profile werden aufgetragen" oder besser "die Aktivität wird gegen die Zeit aufgetragen" oder noch anders? Mir ist eher die zweite Formulierung geläufig, gibt es die erste auch im Sprachgebrauch?

Asker: Vielen Dank, Matthias! Ich bin auch für "Aktivität gegen die Zeit auftragen". Als Alternative kann man doch vielleicht auch "Aktivität-Zeit-Diagramm" statt "Aktivität-Zeit-Profil" verwenden, oder? An anderer Stelle kommt "profile" nämlich noch mal vor, und da würde eine solche Wortkonstruktion besser in den Satz passen, nur "Profil" will mir in diesem Zusammenhang nicht in den Kopf.
Asker: Ja, stimmt, man neigt dazu, das "s" einzufügen, aber man sagt ja auch "Weg-Zeit-Diagramm" - vielleicht finde ich ja auch noch eine andere Möglichkeit. Vielen Dank nochmal!
