Hallo, weiß jemand, was in der Statistik "...% power" heißt? Ich denke mal sowas wie "mit ...%iger Sicherheit", bin mir aber nicht sicher.. :)

Hier zwei Sätze, in denen es vorkommt:

The study sample size is determined to provide ***80% power*** of rejecting the null hypothesis...

The sample size is determined in order to have ***80% power*** for testing the presence of an effect of magnitude...
