"*L* shear") geht. Solche Maschinen haben üblicherweise ein automatisch oder manuell gesteuertes Be- und Entladesystem und ggf. auch darin integrierte schwerkraftgetriebene Fördereinrichtungen, beispielsweise in Form von Rutschen (Transport von Stückgut) und Schurren (Transport von Schüttgut/Abfall), die zudem Teil einer Stapeleinrichtung sein können. Die englische Bezeichnung für Rutsche/Schurre ist "chute". Rutschen können offen oder geschlossen sein und ihr Profil (rund, flach, ...) ist oft der Form des Transportguts angepasst.
