Es handelt sich hier um verschiedene Leuchtmelder, in rot, grün, blau und "amber". Ich finde keine überzeugende Google Treffer mit "Bernsteinfarben". Gibt es da eine bessere Lösung?

Habe noch nichts vom Kunden gehört, muss aber annehmen dass unsere Vermutung über Yellow/Amber richtig ist, zumal es sich um Meldeleuchten an einem Kran, und nicht Anstrichfarben für das Wohnzimmer handelt. It is indisputably wrong to translate \"amber\" with \"gelb\" in this context. LED manufacturers list which colours they produce, and this string does often contain: \"red, amber, yellow, green, .....\" (BOTH \"yellow\" AND \"amber\"). One can obviously not translate that as \"rot, gelb, gelb, grün, .....\".

In DIN 47002 (DIN IEC 757) werden die international zu verwendbaren Farben definiert:
Schwarz = Black
Braun = Brown
Rot = Red
Orange = Orange
Gelb = Yellow
Grün = Green
Blau = Blue
Violett = Violet
Grau = Grey
Weiß = White
Rosa = Pink
Gold = Gold
Türkis = Turquoise
Silber = Silver
und sonst nichts anderes
Von Laien verwendete Farbezeichnungen müssen also versucht werden, in diese Klassifizierung einzuorden. Amber und Ochre (Ocker) sind Orange am ähnlichsten. Je jach Tönung kann Ochre auch bis zu Braun reichen. Aber braune Leuchtenabdeckungen sind sehr schwer zu erkennen.

Diese Farben gelten sowohl für die Adernfarben bei Kabeln, als auch für die Kennmelder bei Sicherungen und natürlich auch für Leuchtmelder.
