Explanation:
Hoppla, da war ich auch erst auf der falschen Fährte, habe aber meine Antwort "gewonnene Einsichten" nach etwas Googlen wieder zurückgenommen. Zunächst habe ich noch eine Spur gefunden, die zu "Treffen" von Fans des Toyota-US-Modells Insight führte. Weitere Treffer weisen aber darauf hin, daß insight gathering eine gewisse Methodik beinhaltet, ich tippe da auf Brainstormings, Vor- und Nachbesprechungen mit verschiedenen Experten, Verbraucher-/Besucherfeedback, Marktforschung u.ä. Darauf weist auch der Begriffsgebrauch auf u.a. Links hin. Möglicherweise findet sich "Insight Gathering" sogar schon als neudeutsches Wort...?
Der Veranstalter soll also beides dokumentieren, sowohl die eigentliche Veranstaltungen als auch die Einsichtsgewinnungsmaßnahmen.
