"In the event that *broadcast press media* attending the Event would like to record and/or photograph the Performance for promotional use, XXX will adhere to the following:..."

Zwei Absätze weiter ist auf einmal nur von 'broadcast media' die Rede:
"Broadcast media shall be allowed to audio and/or video record one mutually agreed song from the performance..."

Ich hatte erst gedacht, dass vielleicht 'broadcast and press media' gemeint ist, bin mir aber nicht mehr sicher.
