English to German translations [PRO]

D/L Freq: 10 965.125 vertical
*Sym Rate: 4.167*
FEC: 5/6
I am assuming that the first line refers to the actual satellite, the second to the "Downlinkfrequenz" (which I localised as 10.965,125 vertikal - hope that's correct), and the third I am stuck on. As far as I can tell from Google, this is "Sym. Rate" in German as well but what does that stand for/mean? Also, I am not sure whether to localise the number into a 4,167 or whether to leave as is. Can someone help? |
