Aufzählung benötigter Gegenstände zur Durchführung eines Testes auf der Haut mit Hilfe eines Messinstrumentes.
Leider kein weiterer (Satz-)Zusammenhang.

Ist der "blotting stick" ein Teststreifen? Oder handelt es sich um eine "Pipette" zum Auftragen der Reagenzien? Oder wie kann man das übersetzen?

Blotting means to wipe up the excess liquid. So I would not call this a Teststreifen nor a Pipette.

Rather, I would think of some sort of absorbent material in a pen shape that can be used to provide pinpoint absorbing of some extra liquid, perhaps AFTER being applied with a pipette.

Just my thought from the USA.
