Aber um deine Frage konkret zu beantworten: es gibt m.W. kein 'common equivalent' (ich glaube noch nicht einmal, dass "suspicious risk" selbst wirklich common ist).

... und risk würde ich davon getrennt sehen. Das gehört eher zur Asphyxie:
--> "risk of fetal chronic asphyxia"

Ein "risk" kann doch nicht "suspicious" sein, IMO.

Es wird generell bei allen diesen Scores in der Geburtshilfe zwischen
unauffällig ---- suspekt --- pathologisch
unterschieden.

Die Aufstellung wäre im Deutschen also:

Punktwert 7-12: unauffällig; geringes Risiko für fetale chronische Asphyxie
Punktwert 3-6: suspekt; Risiko für f.c.A.
Punktwert 0-2: pathologisch; hohes Risiko für f.c.A.
