das ist das einzige was ich gefunden hab. Nicht sehr befriedigend

"Subendokardialer Viabilitäts-Quotient" ist sicher nicht verkehrt. Zumindest entspricht der Sinn dem Englischen.

Explanation:
Für "Viabilitätsquotient" (mit oder ohne Bindestrich) gibt es keine Belege, für "Viabilitätsratio" nur den einen unten gezeigtn. Habe aber auch hier meine Bedenken bzgl. Korrektheit. Grund: "ratio" ist eigentlich schon wieder eine Eindeutschung eines englischen Begriffs. Normalerweise ist die Ratio ja im Deutschen nur die "Vernunft". Andererseits ist die gezeigte Belegstelle einem renommierten Fachblatt entnommen und die sollten eigentlich gründlich redigiert sein, oder?

agree  MMUlr: "subendokardiale ...", die Quelle entspricht auch dem Artikel bei Tikimayer). Deutsch IMO am besten "-quotient"! s. ab S. 16: http://www.atcormedical.com/pdf/SphygmoCor Clinical Guide.pd... als engl. Information zum SEVR.

agree  MMUlr: s. Anmerkung bei Ivo: -quotient ist in jedem Fall besser. --> dieses Beispiel zeigt wieder: Mediziner haben kein gutes Verhältnis zur Sprache! :-)
