Explanation:
Ein Führungskatheter hat einen distalen (das entfernte, flexible, zur Spitze hin gelegene Segment) sowie einen proximalen (nahen) Teil/Schaft und ist in einem Dispenser steril verpackt. Führungsdrähte müssen beim Herausnehmen vorsichtig gehandhabt werden, damit diese dabei nicht beschädigt werden.
Soweit ich weiss, zieht man einen Führungskatheter normalerweise am proximalen Ende aus der Packung heraus (siehe Bsp.). Jetzt weiss ich natürlich nicht was genau in deinem Satz steht. Aber vielleicht hilft dir das ja schon etwas weiter.
Bsp: Um den Führungsdraht aus dem Dispenser herauszunehmen, ziehen Sie vorsichtig am herausragenden proximalen Ende des Drahtes.
