From a patient's medical records:

"On 24 July 2007, the patient was hospitalized for atypical chest pain. An angiography performed revealed *** coronary milking *** due to myocardial bridging just distal to the implanted stent. Medical treatment was advised (amlodipine, dose unknown). On 25 July 2007, the patient was discharged and the event was considered resolved."

The current gold standard for diagnosing myocardial bridges is coronary angiography with the typical "milking effect" and a "step down–step up" phenomenon induced by systolic compression of the tunneled segment. [...] In patients with thin bridges, the milking effect may be missed and new imaging techniques and provocation tests may be required to detect a bridge.
