Sofern es nicht um eine Gefäßauskultation geht, würde ich nicht "Strömungsgeräusch" sagen, weil der Begriff eher im Zusammenhang mit den strukturellen Herzgeräuschen gebraucht wird.

neutral  David Moore: I'm surprised medics have agreed here; I'd need to have confirmation, but I'm pretty certain we ALL have this - unless we're six foot under...To me, this is a noise in connection with a heart defect of benign character - IOW not specifically harmful.
