I could not find it in a dictionary.
My guess was "Brustbeinkante", but that does not really seem to exist.

Das Still´sche Gräusch tritt meist zwischen 3.und 6. Lebensjahr auf. Es ist ein niederfrequentes vibrierendes, sirrendes bzw. musikalisches 2-3/6 Geräusch, das im Liegen maximal zwischen mittlerem linken Sternalrand und Apex hörbar ist.
