Im TM des Herstellers findet sich folgender Eintrag:
A single suture well is located in the P2 area (corresponding to the middle of the posterior section).
Dazu befindet sich eine einzelne Nahterhebung im Bereich P2 (entspricht der Mitte des posterioren Abschnitts).
Deswegen würde ich diesen Begriff vorschlagen.

Explanation:
Bei der Implantation
der gestenteten biologischen Herzklappenprothese wählte man zunächst die intraannuläre
Position, um eine möglichst native Hämodynamik zu erzielen. Nachteilig bei diesem
Vorgehen war die materialbedingte Verkleinerung der Klappenöffnungsfläche durch den
Nahtring und den Stent der Bioprothese. Aus diesem Grund ging man bei der zweiten
Generation der Bioprothesen dazu über, die Klappen in supraannulärer Position einzunähen,
so dass der Nahtring auf dem Annulus zu liegen kommt.

Asker: "Nahtring" wurde bereits für "sewing cuff" verwendet. Ich würde auch eher zu Mulde tendieren, ich nehme an, dass an dieser Stelle des Implantats nur ein Befestigungsfaden sitzt.
