The Locking Anchor is inserted onto the Tether and advanced towards the Hinged Anchor to appose the septal and LV walls.
Bei diesem System gibt es zwei Anker: der hinged anchor als Gelenkanker und der locking anchor als Feststell(?)Anker? Der Gelenkanker wird intern und der locking anchor extern am Epikard angebracht.
