Explanation:
Wenn mit "mit", dann "mit den Myofilamenten assoziiertes...", denn die sind zu mehreren in der Zelle ;-). Und "pathy" muss mit ziemlicher Sicherheit "patchy", stellenweise (nämlich fleckförmig vorhanden auf dem Zellpräparat), heißen.

\"Strukturprotein\" ist der geläufigere Begriff.
Die Einzahl ist kein Problem. Es wird ja das Moysinfilament als Einheit betrachtet.
