Explanation:
Als Substrat für die experimentelle In-situ-Pellikelbildung dienten Prüfkörper aus bovinemZahnschmelz mit standardisiert bearbeiteter Oberfläche. Die Schmelzproben wurden, an her-ausnehmbaren Schienen befestigt, von sechs Probanden über vier verschiedene Zeiträume(zwei, sechs, zwölf und 24 Stunden) intraoral getragen und damit der physiologischen Pelli-kelbildung ausgesetzt.
