acuity Akutheitsgrad Explanation: Für "acuity" allein wäre "Akutheitsgrad" eine Möglichkeit, die durch einige, allerdings nicht allzu viele Google-Treffer belegt ist. Wie wäre es mit "Akutheitsgrad hoch / mittel / gering [niedrig]"? Weiterer Kontext wäre aber nicht schlecht, zumal Jonathan einen Vorschlag gemacht hat, der eher in Richtung Ophthalmologie zu gehen scheint... "Low confidence", da ich keine deutschsprachigen Belege für eine solche Einteilung bei Beatmungsgeräten gefunden habe. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 15 mins (2007-10-29 19:28:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Zumindest die Einstufung "hochakut" ist im Deutschen allerdings sehr gut belegt. |

schwer, kritisch aber stabil, kritisch Explanation: Im Deutschen gibt es mehr Stufen als im Englischen. Deshalb muß man hier etwas erfinderisch sein. Ich bin mir keines Wegs sicher! Dies ist nur ein Vorschlag aus persönlicher Erfahrung!. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 23 mins (2007-10-29 19:37:03 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Anstatt von "kritisch aber stabil" könnte man den Vorschlag von Steffen übernehmen und "hochakut" sagen. Dann wäre main "kritisch" auch logischer. |
