In diesem Fall geht es um "social housing", das bereitgestellt wird. Der Text spricht jedoch auch von in house provision für early childhoot education oder long time care bei älteren Menschen... Ich bin mittlerweile recht unsicher, was das heißen kann. Könnt ihr helfen?

agree  Jutta Scherer: Ich stimme zu, weil Du selbst das Wort "Bereitstellung" im Kommentar benutzt hast. Das passt m.E. weitaus besser als die "Versorgung" - es geht IMHO um die h.i. Bereitstellung oder den externen Zukauf von Leistungen
