Proz Glossary indicates Gesundheitswesen which does not quite satisfy me in this particular case. Neither does Krankenpflege-Einrichtung of which I was thinking. What else, what better solution is there? The sentence reads:
Patient has the right to express a grievance and the right to know the health care provideer's or facilities procedure for expressing a grievance.
