English to German translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Instruments / Radiography | | English term or phrase: dorso-35°-lateral-plantaromedial oblique projection | Ich übersetze einen wissenschaftlichen Text zum Thema "Knochenspat bei Islandpferden". Im ersten Teil wird die Untersuchungsmethodik beschrieben und es geht u.a. darum, wie die Extremitäten der zu untersuchenden Pferde geröntgt werden.
Der gesamte Satz lautet:
"The radiographic examination consisted of latero-5°-proximal-mediodistal, dorso-35°-lateral-plantaromedial oblique and plantaro-45°-lateral-dorsomedial oblique projections of each tarsus."
Ich habe dazu überhaupt nichts im Deutschen gefunden und frage mich jetzt, ob man einfach - wie häufig in medizinischen Texten, die vor lateinischen Begriffen wimmeln - einfach die fremdsprachlichen Begriffe nehmen kann, also z.B. "dorso-35°-lateral-plantaromediale schräge Abbildung"? Ist hier vielleicht ein Röntgenologe, der sich damit auskennt und bestätigen kann, dass man das als dt. Wissenschaftler versteht? |
