Again the list of surgical instruments with rongeurs, retractors, drills, drivers etc. with no more context. At least, I know it's about shoulder surgery.

I'm not sure whether "Sehnen-Retraktor" (with not a single Google hit) would do.

Any ideas?

so steht es zumindest im Reuter (Med. - Wörterbuch)
für conjoined gibts mehrere Möglichkeiten: vereinigt, verknüpft, verbunden, gemeinsam. Bin nicht sicher was hier zutrifft. Google konnte auch nicht weiterhelfen. Vielleicht mit Kontext

Ja, den Reuter habe ich auch. Dachte nur, ich könnte die conjoint tendon da noch besser reinbringen. Abends hatte ich zufällig einen Termin beim Orthopäden und habe den gefragt, wie er das Ding nennt: Conjoint tendon - dafür gibt es keine Übersetzung. Und letztendlich wird mit dem Retraktor der Coracobrachialis-Muskel beiseite geschoben. Also habe ich daraus nun einen Coracobrachialis-Retraktor gemacht. Mal sehen, ob mein editor noch eine bessere Idee hat...
