"Search and editing can be performed for analyzed QC data. Search can be performed in sample units or item units."
Dann kommt folgende Warnung:
"Editing of quality control data means forced change of results analyzed under constant accuracy by operator.
In order to prevent erroneous diagnosis because of large changes of the quality control data, editing shall be done carefully by a physician or the person in charge of inspection."
Alles super verständlich. Dann kommt ein nicht mehr ganz so verständlicher "tip":
"When the result data of QC analysis have been edited, confirm that the edited data are **data within the cumulative period**. If they are **within the cumulative period**, the editing contents must be reflected in the cumulative values. To reflect the editing contents in the cumulative values, update the cumulative values."
Kann mir jemand verraten, was mit "Daten innerhalb des kumulativen Zeitraums" gemeint ist? – Muss bestätigt werden, dass die Daten innerhalb des kumulativen Zeitraums ERMITTELT wurden?

Ja, ich würde das ganz genau so verstehen, wie Du. Dem Gerät muss gesagt werden, dass es sich um einen Wert aus demselben Datensatz handelt, damit es ihn bei der Berechnung des Mittelwerts (oder sonstigen kumulativen Werts) mit einbezieht.
