Ich verstehe das so, dass vor der Chromatographie ein Verdau einer Probe - vielleicht enzymatisch oder auf eine andere Weise - durchgeführt wurde, und dass dann von den in dem Verdau-Ansatz entstandenen Produkten eines (oder mehrere zusammen, je nach Auftrennung) in einem Peak zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt eluiert.
Habe selber oft HPLC-Analysen durchgeführt und lange vor der Säule gestanden und auf die Peaks gewartet (dafür weiß ich keinen guten deutschen |
