in anderen Referenzen ist auch von einer "Kappe" die Rede, die die Gummibänder bzw. -ligaturen enthält. "Ligaturvorrichtung" oder "Ligaturset" habe ich auch noch gefunden; ich würde aber beim "Zylinder" bleiben, weil das dem Engl. am nächsten kommt (beim "Set" oder der "Vorrichtung" sind evtl. noch weitere Zubehörteile inbegriffen).
Das Ligaturset wird vom Endoskop entfernt, indem der Handgriff mit Auslöseschnur abgenommen und der Zylinder vom Distalende des Endoskopes entfernt wird.

Rubber band ligation of oesophageal varices.
Multiband ligation devices enable multiple bands to be preloaded on the barrel of the device which attaches to the end of the forward viewing endoscope, from which they are fired seriatim onto the varices. The technique involves aspirating a varix deeply into the end of the barrel.
