In diesem Zusammenhang wird oft von Fluid Management gesprochen. Aber ich finde keinen Hinweis, wie ich "flow efficiency" hier übersetzen könnte, und verstehe momentan noch nicht, um welchen Flow es hier eigentlich geht.
