this is from a text about hospital economics for Parkinson’s disease patients receiving deep brain stimulation.
Unfortunately, there is not much more context; this appears in a list of treatment procedures:
Twist drill or burr hole procedure for implantation of neurostimulator electrodes
I found that "twist drill procedure" seems to be "Spiralbohrverfahren. For "burr hole procedure", anything with "Grat..." does not seem to work here.
