My guess is that this might be "Haube" or "Schutzhülle" for the connectors, whereas the anchor seems to be some sort of "Klemme".
As for the twist lock screening acc., the first thing that came to my mind was simply "Drehverschluss", but then the screening does not fit in here. However, it still might be a test kit to ensure that whatever has been attached is really tightened.
The best solution is probably to contact the client about this. Good luck!
