This is a manual/ text about implantable neurostimulators for Parkinson disease and essential tremor and a treatment device like an implantable neurostimulator. This stimulator comes with extnsion leads, cables, and *boots and anchor acc.*, to be followed by wrenches and screws and *twist lock screening acc. Kit* - what may those be ? Any help is welcome, thank you.

just a wild guess
Explanation:
Okay, I found different explanations for boot, but this one seems to fit best into this context:
"Accessories include: One each of tunneling tool, tunneling tip, tube, *connector boot*, hex wrench, and stylets (short and long)."
http://www.medtronic.com/neuro/interstim/2prodb.html

My guess is that this might be "Haube" or "Schutzhülle" for the connectors, whereas the anchor seems to be some sort of "Klemme".

As for the twist lock screening acc., the first thing that came to my mind was simply "Drehverschluss", but then the screening does not fit in here. However, it still might be a test kit to ensure that whatever has been attached is really tightened.

The best solution is probably to contact the client about this. Good luck!
