Explanation:
Ich habe "wet mix" im Internet vor allem im Zusammenhang mit Betonherstellung (Mineralbeton o.ä.) gefunden.
Bei der Töpferei/Keramikherstellung kann es "Nassaufbereitung" heißen, daher schlage ich als bedenkenswerte Alternative "Nasspräparation" vor. Habe allerdings nur wenige Google- und Altavista-Hits dafür erhalten.
In meinen Pharmazie-Büchern steht auch nichts Erhellenderes.
