I'm so sorry Claus, I obviously didn't make myself too clear.

In German, a "Großpackung" is a large(r) size than a small or medium-sized package, no matter how much/many it contains.

In England, a gross is a quantity of 144, just like a "dozen" or the German "Dutzend" is 12. So half-a-gross (as here) is 72.

in this case, it also depends on quantity (of pills or whatsoever) whether a box qualifies as a Großpackung or not. There may be relatively small Großpackungen, and even N1 may come in a voluminous box.

72-er Packung seems to be a fair solution.

in English is a quantity, not a size, as the "Grosspackung" is in German. (It also means fat, bloated, but that's not what it means here!!)

man spreche von Großpackungen und neudeutsch auch Jumbopackungen; das wäre im Fachjargon N3 - N1 ist die kleine Packung, N2 die mittlere.
