Rettungsdienst


Explanation:
EMS ist Emergency Medical Services, wie ja schon von den anderen gesagt. Dieser Begriff entspricht dem Rettungsdienst in Deutschland. Bei uns gibt es ein sehr umfangreiches System, das beispielsweise aus NAW (Notarztwagen) und NEF (Notarzteinsatzfahrzeug) im Rendevoussystem besteht, oder aus dem klassischen NAW. Daneben gibt die mit Rettungssanitätern (EMT's) besetzten RTW (Rettungstransportwagen) usw. All das firmiert aber unter dem übergeordneten Begriff der Rettungsdienste.
