Einfach nur "Psychiatrie", das drückt allein schon aus, dass damit nicht nur die unmittelbare Patientenbetreuung gemeint ist, sondern alles, was damit mittelbar und unmittelbar zusammenhängt, also das ganze umfassende Sachgebiet. In deutsch drückt mkan das üblicherweise so aus, das "wesen" ist m.E. überflüssig. Lasse mich aber gern eines Besseren belehren, am besten von einem Mediziner.

Hmm, absolutely no hits for \"psychische Verfassung\", which makes me very sceptical about Leo\'s solution. Though Leo is normally pretty good.

I rather think it\'s more likely to be \"psychische Gesundheit\".
