"cardiac arrest" is "der Herzstillstand". This is all I know for sure, but, as German has the habit of stringing words together and "Brett" is board, maybe "Herzstillstandbrett" would be correct.
However, I would wait a bit longer and see if anyone with a lot of medical knowledge knows a special term.
