ich denke, es geht um so etwas wie "Ausgangsleukozyten", also Blutserum (ohne Thrombozyten, aber mit den weißen Blutkörperchen).
Wie es aussieht gibt es sowas im deutschsparchigen Raum nicht (auch keine "Quellleukozyten"). Dafür wird "source plasma" (Ausgangsplsma) häufig english wiedergegeben.
Ich weiß nicht, ob dir das viel weiter hilft.

agree  J. Peter Darby: "Ausgangsleukozyten" finde ich als deutscher Arzt am plausibelsten. Plasma enthält im Übrigen keine Leukozyten sondern nur die flüssigen Blubestandteile inklusive Gerinnungsfaktoren, im Gegensatz zu Serum bei dem die Gerinnungsfaktoren entfernt sind.

  -> Ja, genau. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es sich bei diesem Produkt um Leukos in ein bisschen Serum (nicht Plasma!) handelt.
