Ich finde im Internet sowohl Infos zur Alpha-Thalassämie, als auch zum Myelodysplastischen Syndrom, jedoch tauchen diese beiden Begriffe im Deutschen scheinbar nie zusammen auf - als ob es sich im Englischen um eine einzige Krankheit, nämlich ATMDS handeln würde, und dies im Deutschen aber zwei getrennte Krankheiten wären, von denen man eine auch Hämoglobin-H-Krankheit nennt.
Ist unter euch vielleicht ein Experte, der mir diesen Widerspruch erklären kann oder mir irgendeinen Hinweis dazu geben kann, wie ich das übersetzungstechnisch lösen könnte?
