bin ja kein "Mediziner", aber vielleicht auch:

"(Das) Gel verklebt nicht mit (offenen) Wunden"

Kommt natürlich auch auf die Lesergruppe an, aber ich denke, "verkleben" ist hier die allgemeinsprachliche Formulierung.
