Bin hier auf wirkstoffkontrolliert (im Gegensatz zu placebokontrolliert) gestoßen, die Anzahl Google-Hits (29) hat mich allerdings nicht so überzeugt. Gibt's noch einen anderen Terminus?

agree  MMUlr: Der komplette Satz oder Studientitel dazu wäre sicher hilfreich, aber so als Einzelbegriff finde ich deinen Vorschlag gut. Es gäbe noch: "... mit aktiver Referenzsubstanz" oder "... aktiver Vergleichssubstanz" (?).
