In the XXX system, the polyethylene tibial insert was developed with a **reversed posterior flare** (XX Plus insert).

This reversed (outward) flare provides additional contact area in deep flexion of the knee. This load-sharing design allows for decreased loading on the tibial post in deep flexion and may improve the patient’s feeling of stability (and function) in deep flexion (see Figure 12).

Auf dem dazugehörigen Bild ist zu sehen, dass der hintere Bereich mit einer Art Auswölbung versehen ist. Gibt es hierfür schon so etwas wie einen fachsprachlich geprägten Begriff oder ist eher eine Umschreibung angebracht?
