In diesem Fall würde ich am ehesten für "Bestimmung" plädieren ... ein entsprechendes Beispiel mit genau diesem Marker:

"Die MR-proADM-Bestimmung sei somit hilfreich bei der Erkennung von Patienten mit Herzinsuffizienz, die wegen ihres sehr hohen Risikos "in die vorderste Linie" der medizinischen Versorgung gehörten."
