GMC steht in diesem Zusammenhang i.d.R. für geometric mean concentration; mit entsprechender Einführung/Erklärung könnte man die Abkürzung wahrscheinlich auch auf Deutsch verwenden.
"Anstieg" ist nur eine Vermutung: ob die Nichtunterlegenheit gegenüber einem Referenzimpfstoff durch einen Mindesttiteranstieg nach der Impfung oder durch ein Titerverhältnis zwischen Impfung X und der Referenz (oder sonst irgendetwas "2-Faches") belegt werden soll, geht sicher irgendwo anders aus dem Text hervor.
