Ich finde das hier gut gelöst:

"Ebenfalls zumeist nicht hilfreich ist der Verweis auf einen so genannten „minimalen klinisch bedeutsamen Unterschied“ (minimal clinically important difference, MCID) nach Vorgaben..."

...also die Abkürzung mit engl. und dt. Bezeichnung vorstellen, um sie später verwenden zu können (z. B. als """MCID-Punktwert""" etc.)
