Facharztprüfung

Explanation:
Es handelt sich hier nicht um die ärztliche Zulassung an sich, sondern um die (erfolgreiche) Facharztprüfung. Nach dem Medizinstudium erfolgt normalerweise eine Spezialisierung. In den den USA und UK nimmt das jeweilige Board des Fachbereichs diese Prüfung vor, in D ist das die Ärztekammer. Nach bestandener Prüfung darf die Bezeichnung "Facharzt für XYZ" getragen werden.

"Board Certification and Board Eligibility:
For physicians who specialize in a particular area of medicine, there is a national board which can certify their expertise. This certification is evidence that the physician has completed a specified amount of training in the specialty area and has met all the necessary requirements established by the national board. The designation "Board Certified" is an additional indication that the physician has achieved a degree of excellence in his or her field."
