English to German translations [PRO] Medical - Medical (general) | | English term or phrase: small apparent lymphozytes | Two H&E stained slides depict sections of skin. There is a superficial and deep cellular infiltrate within the dermis with central nodule formation. Admixed with these sheets of atypical cells are **small apparent lymphocytes** and collections of eosinophils. These cells tend to have abundant pale, almost clear cytoplasm and nuclei which are mildly hyperchromatic and vary somewhat in size, shape and staining character. These large cells are seen to involve the epithelium in some areas where they form nests. Centrally there is necrosis of the epithelium which is covered by scale crust. No granulomas are seen. The differential diagnosis for this lesion includes mycosis fungoides, lymphomatoid papulosis, and histiocytosis X. However, due to the clinical appearance of the lesion, and the size and apparent pleomorhism of the large cells, the diagnosis is almost certainly lymphomatoid papulosis.
Ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit dem 'apparent'. Kleine offensichtliche Lymphozyten? Das hört sich doch zu blöd an!
Leider bin ich heute zu nichts mehr zu gebrauchen und hoffe auf Hilfe.
Vielen Dank! |

\"Manifest\" is also used for \"apparent\" in a medical context. |
