Explanation:
Problematisch ist m.E. eher was du mit dem zweiten "with" machst. Irgendwie wird es komisch klingen, "Schweine mit ... und mit..." zu schreiben.
Es scheint sich wirklich um arme Schweine zu handeln: nicht nur wurde ihre Gallengänge unterbunden, sondern sie kriegen auch noch irgend eine versuchsartige peptische Geschwüre verpasst... :-(
