Es geht um einen Taillenstützgürtel zur Behandlung von Bandscheibenvorfällen.

Ist damit eine Zunahme der nach vorne gewölbten Krümmung der Lendenwirbel gemeint??

Die Krümmung der Lendenwirbelsäule nach anterior (vorn) heißt Lordose.

Natürlich sind nicht die Wirbel selber, sondern der Wirbelsäulenabschnitt gekrümmt

Kyphose ist eine "dorsal konvexe Krümmung der Wirbelsäule" (Pschyrembel), (wenn sie hoch ansetzt, sagt man auf Dt. "Buckel"
Statt "Lendenwirbel" auch Lumbalwirbel oder Vertebrae lumbales (Thieme Leximed, Medical Dictionary).

disagree  Tanja Paquet-Durand: im Bereich der LWS ist die Krümmung aber ventral konvex und heißt dann Lordose außerdem würde ich Lordose der Lendenwirbel oder der Lendenwirbelsäule sagen, die einzelnen Wirbel sind ja nicht gekrümmt.,
