I am looking for a name for this whole contraption, it must have to do with the "Heisspressverfahren". There is no further description or context, it is a header.

"Mechanical Servo feed matched metal die cutting presses" könnte man dann übersetzen mit "Mechanische, servogeführte Stanzmaschinen für zweiteilige Metallformen".

Es dürfte sich also um eine Maschine handeln, in welcher erhitzter Kunststoff mittels einer zweiteiligen Metallform geformt und anschließen ausgestanzt/abgeschnitten wird.

Könnte es sein, dass die Form der "metal die cutting presses" jener der "mechanical servo feed" entspricht/entsprach?

Da hast du recht. Eine "matched metal die" ist eine "zweiteilig starre Form"
Und "matched metal moulding" nennt sich "Zweiformpressen", d.h. "Formpressen in zwei aufeinander passenden Metallformen"
