Tech/Engineering - Metrology / Eichung / Prüfung von Zählern | | English term or phrase: to give correction back to a reference of 15 degrees | Hi there,
"For electronic and mechanical proving, the density value is used to give correction back to a reference 15 degrees."
Does "give ... back" mean "set ... back" in this context?

Ich glaube nicht, dass hier etwas zurückgestellt wird. Die Formulierung ist auch für mich ein Bisschen verwirrend, aber ich denke das hier ein Korrektur- oder Abweichungswert vom Zähler zum Eichgerät gegeben wird der sich auf eine angenommene Referenztemperatur bezieht. Also:
"... um Korrekturwerte in Bezug auf die Referenztemperatur von 15° anzugeben."
Sicher bin ich mir hier allerdings nicht. |
