English term or phrase: load cells and force sensors

Beide Begriffe stehen doch für Kraftaufnehmer bzw. Kraftsensoren. Es gibt keine weitere Differenzierung (z.B. Aufbau). Wäre es sinnvoll hier einfach nur Kraftaufnehmer für beides zu nehmen?
